ONE NAPLES CONSTRUCTION UPDATE

Construction is already well underway at One Naples. To date, a large part of the surrounding infrastructure has been completed, including a new water main and storm sewer system. Over the summer months, the developer will continue to ready the site with upgrades to the utilities, roadway and sidewalk improvements, street lighting and signal installation at Vanderbilt Beach Road and Gulfshore Drive, existing structure demolition, and the implementation of occupancy tracking and payment technology enhancements at the Vanderbilt Beach garage. 

The DaRuMa Restaurant will be dismantled by the end of the summer. The developer anticipates the drilling of the piles for the vertical construction of the Tower and Bay Residences to begin in the fourth quarter of 2022 and should be completed by the first quarter of 2023. The construction of the marina is quickly moving forward, with the seawall construction in the fourth quarter of 2022, soon followed by the start of the marina slips.
